Craft Tours Barcelona Cancellation:

Craft Tours Barcelona promotes tours that run regardless of weather conditions. Rain or other heavy weather conditions are not enough reason to cancel a tour. No refund will be issues in cash.

Customer Cancellation:

Should you not be able to join your tour, let us know in advance. The date of your tour can be changed as long as we are informed before the starting time of your original tour.

Did you change plans and you are unable to attend the tour? Get in touch with us with at least 72 hours in advance and we’ll be able to give you a full refund.  For a refund, write to ian@crafttoursspain.com

No refund will be issued in cash.

Missed Tour: There is no refund for guests that miss their tour departure time or cancel last minute.
